Individualized Coaching And Program Design
Online, Remote coaching with THE ATHLETES PROGRAM is the most effective way to achieve your goals. We offer coaching, program design, and consultations for the high level athlete, to the general fitness enthusiast who is serious about improving their fitness level, losing weight, having more energy, building better nutritional habits, and aspiring to be at their best. I can help.
- To begin contact me and briefly describe your goals and some available times for our initial phone or Skype consult.
- Next, you will be sent an in-depth intake form to get more details about you, your training history, past injuries and other relevant details to help the programming process.
- Then I go to work preparing your program. Starting with a long term plan (annual plan), medium term goals (macrocycle), shorter term goals (microcycle), and daily workouts (training units).
- We will also address nutrition, supplementation (if needed), and lifestyle.
- Tracking: You'll be sent weekly tracking forms to monitor your mental and physical state. When applicable, you will be sent testing forms to track and store results.This is NOT A COOKIE CUTTER PROGRAM, the monitoring process will help influence the future training blocks.
Online Remote Coaching and Program Design includes:
2 x 20-30 minute phone/Skype consultation every 4 weeks
Individualized nutritional analysis and strategies as required
- Individualized exercise program design every 3- 4 weeks or as needed based on your goals
- Video review
- On-going email support
- Weekly training monitoring forms
